Reviews on Impossible Project?

I used to love using my polaroid, but now with no film left, I am in two minds whether to splash out on film from the Impossible Project. The Silver Shade looks great on some of the examples they give on their website, but when reading there instructions on how to use the film it seems like it could be a laborious process trying to get a decent photo. Is it worth the £2.00 a photo? I'm off to Oktoberfest next week so could be a nice camera to take with me?
